Annual Holiday Party / Charity Fundraiser

L*A*M*P presents:
L*A*M*P NAVIDAD HOLIDAY PARTY!!!
On December 6, 2003, over 100 people flocked to the first annual holiday party of L*A*M*P, aptly named L*A*M*P Navidad for the featured Latin entertainment. The invitation-only event was held at the upscale Tangier Restaurant, and was created as a way to say "thanks" to all who have supported L*A*M*P this year, with special gratitude to the over 1,000 songwriters who have attended L*A*M*P events all year. Attendees included panelists, volunteers, and speakers, including artist managers, indie record label reps, booking agents, entertainment attorneys, Grammy-nominated producers and engineers, along with L*A*M*P VIPs (the talented songwriters of L.A.). The event doubled as a benefit for the Marines Toys for Tots Foundation, collecting over 100 toys for needy children of the Pico Rivera district. The event featured the one of the hottest Latin bands in L.A., Los Pinguos. Pictured top left: Artists Jennifer Vasquez, Mara, and L*A*M*P Programs Director Leslie Waller.
